The International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) is accepting applications in all departments including Communications, Development and Programs. ISCP interns engage in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of an international not-for-profit arts organization and gain invaluable experience while being introduced to a vast network of international art professionals.  Due to ISCP’s small staff, interns play a critical role in the administration of ISCP’s overall program. ISCP internships can provide a foundation in a variety of skills, and offer experience and contacts for future careers in the following professions: curator, artist, and arts administrator.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

PROOF: Media for Social Justice is seeking a motivated person to assist with a range of marketing and communications needs. We are social justice educators and our work is focused on making the world a better place in a variety of ways including but not limited to education, arts and advocacy. 6 month internship with TEDx in NYC

The TEDx team is looking for a TEDx Community Intern to begin immediately.

TED is a nonprofit devoted to spreading ideas, usually in the form of short, powerful talks (18 minutes or less). TED began in 1984 as a conference where Technology, Entertainment and Design converged, and today covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — in more than 100 languages. Meanwhile, independently run TEDx events help share ideas in communities around the world.

You will be involved in supporting the TEDx Community Engagement and Learning Manager on deadline based projects and tasks. This is a full-time paid 6-month internship position based out of our NYC office with the potential to stay on longer If you have a can-do attitude and would like to work on an exciting global program, please apply!

12 month Country Club internship

The Innis Arden Gold Club's internship program gives interns experience in all aspects of the club, from the functionality of their four dining rooms to the planning and execution of events. Interns will be given training upon arrival in all aspects of the Food and Beverage industry. This will include; Private event set up and assisting in the successful management of events to completion, cross training with restaurant administration to understand reservation systems and dining room management, participation in the execution of various styles of dining including casual dining, fine dining and seasonal dining. Interns will also have the opportunity to learn business and management methodologies of service excellence, assist club Communications Coordinator with marketing tasks, learn club marketing channels and objectives and  be exposed to other areas of club management at the request of the General Manager including sports management operations

The Club holds a range of events, from small business meetings to large weddings, golf outings and corporate events. The experience gained from all aspects of this internship is immeasurable, and interns will see this reflected in the knowledge they have by the end of their internship.

12 month Culinary Internship in Minden, Nevada

The Carson Valley Inn Hotel and Casino is offering multiple culinary arts positions in Minden, Nevada, located 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe, CA. You will have the opportunity to learn several skills in each one of the Food departments and 4 Casino Properties, as you would rotate through all our food departments throughout the internship. At the end of the program you should be proficient in every position we have in our BOH food department at Carson Valley Inn, Bodines, Sharkey’s and SlotWorld Casinos. 
he Culinary Intern/Trainee moves through multiple rotations/kitchen stations including; Soups, Salads, and Sauces; prep/cook; and Breakfast Cookery. Interns/Trainees will successfully master superior skills in food preparation for all hot and cold items, understand and apply food safety regulations, accurately follow recipes and plating guidelines, learn banquet preparation, and events including meetings, weddings and other events.

At the end of program, students will be given the opportunity to prepare a meal for the executive Team using the skills they learned.

6-12 Month Event Production Internship in Sunny L.A

Are you looking to expand your knowledge of film programming and exhibition? The American Cinematheque, in Los Angeles, is looking for a programming intern! You will assist in event production, programming research, film viewing and managing comp lists for American Cinematheque events. You will also be able to take on assigned projects related to event production and film programming under the supervision of our Head of Programming. The Artists at Risk Connection (ARC) is seeking interns, who are passionate about human rights, artistic expression, and serving artists at risk and the organizations that support them. You will be able to  learn how to identify sources of assistance for artists and development and maintenance of a database inventory of these resources, draft content for social media platforms and media monitoring, gather data, analyze, and draft content for the project website and communications, perform prospect research and supporting other fundraising efforts and assist efforts to expand support for the initiative, including media communications.

Interested applicants should have the following:

  • Knowledge of and interest in global free expression and artistic freedom issues
  • Strong research, writing, organizational, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work quickly, stay highly organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience managing social media accounts and drafting social media content
  • Experience with online databases, and website management desirable
  • Experience doing prospect research and grant writing
  • Proficiency in a language other than English a big plus
