Looking to spend 6-12 months in the foothills of the Green Mountains learning new culinary techniques? Lake Morey Resorts is looking for a 6-12 month intern to join them in Fairlee, Vermont.
You’ll be mentored by kitchen and division leadership and enjoy a guided, clear experience while gaining knowledge about Culinary Arts. A typical program may consist of the following opportunities to:
• Expand on your current cooking and managerial skills
• Gain continuous learning & development through position rotations
• Increase potential for full-time career in your home country upon completion
You’ll be working side-by-side with experienced chefs to help offer a wide variety of delicious, freshly made dishes. Spending your training on beautiful Lake Morey, you’ll get opportunities to explore New England while building your experience in various restaurant environments.
