The Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa is searching for a food and beverage intern to train for up to 12 months. The resort has seven food and beverage outlets and five kitchens and is built on 82 acres space and consist of four different building with over 35000 sq feet meeting space.
Front of the house candidates would rotate in all outlets and room service for 12 months. Culinary candidates would rotate between casual dining restaurant, banquet kitchen, pool kitchen, pizza kitchen and steakhouse kitchen and train under Sous Chefs, Banquet Chef and Steakhouse Chef. Candidates must have previous basic food and beverage or hospitality experience with intermediate level of English language knowledge.
Hospitality degree is preferred. Candidates must speak, read and write in English language. Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is helpful.
